Oscar’s Twitter Party: How To

Hi everyone!

We’re having a twitter party tomorrow (details in this post) and some people get a little confused on how to read every tweet without using the search box or something.

TweetChat and TweetGrid are useful sites that enable us to easily follow a specific hashtag. Handy tools during a twitter party. 

If you use TweetDeck (my favorite twitter app), you can also join the conversation in a few steps. 

All you have to do is click the + button and add a new column.

Then enter the hastag that will be used during the event.

And tah-dah! You’ll be able to see the whole conversation. Don’t forget to write the tag in your tweets too!

One last thing: I find a bit confusing to read the updates in the right column and the replies in the left, so if you’d like to change that, click the arrow button under the column you want to move.
